Robert brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, business consulting, and entrepreneurship. Before founding Yenor & Associates, he successfully built several companies into multi-million dollar enterprises. His journey led him back to school to earn his CPA certification, followed by seven years in public accounting. Today, Robert leverages his deep financial expertise to help small businesses grow, thrive, and adapt to changing market conditions.

Steve Dicsko, CPA

Steve has more than two decades of experience in the accounting industry, serving clients across medical, legal, real estate, and nonprofit sectors. His analytical skills and system optimization strategies have earned him recognition and trust among clients. A graduate of California State University Fresno, Steve is also a dedicated community member, having worked with PBS, volunteered at animal shelters, and ministered at his church. He is a proud member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
